Is Tech Handyman's service guaranteed?
Tech Handyman guarantee our service for up to 30 days. If you have an issue with any work performed, give  us a call, or email us at [email protected], and we’ll send a tech back out at your convenience. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you’re not 100% happy, we’ll do our best to make it right. We honestly want you to be not just satisfied, but happy!
Can you do any other Handyman work for me?
Sorry, we don’t install ceiling fans, drywall, or garbage disposals. But maybe we can recommend someone.

Our scope is limited to technical issues you have with such as:

  • Smart home devices from Google, Nest, Ring, Netgear, Yi, Blink, Arlo, & others.
  • Computer & peripherals for both Macintosh and Windows PC.
  • Network — Ethernet cables, Bluetooth, and WiFi.
  • Internet — Navigating websites, app configuration and usage, building websites.
  • iPhone (iOS) & Android smartphone or tablet setup and use.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. Right now you can save 10% off most all services when you pay in advance on this website. It costs us less time when our tech doesn’t do the payment processing on site with you. So we are passing that savings onto you.

We respectfully ask you not to ask your Tech for a discount if you have not pre-paid in advance. That only hurts their paycheck.

Are you a real business?
Yes we are a real business. Registered with the State of Florida as a DBA of LikeCatcher LLC.

We can even accept checks payable to Tech Handyman

Can you fix my computer too?
Yes for most common issues for Macintosh and Windows PC’s such as:

Software issues like: Hardware issues like:
  • Virus removal.
  • Lost connection to internet.
  • Failure to boot-up.
  • Backup and recovery.
  • Help with website.
  • Determining point of failure and replacing parts.
  • Upgrading printers, monitors, Battery Backup, Surge Protection.
  • Upgrading RAM, Drives, CPU coolers, Cards.
  • Upgrading or replacing cabling, hubs, routers, switches, modem, WiFi.
  • Dust removal / Clean out.
I have sensitive data on my computer and in my home. Can I trust you?

You can trust us to use discretion. What you say, and we hear, at your home is confidential.

With the obvious exception of anything illegal or dangerous.
Such as:

  • Child pronography.
  • Domestic abuse.
  • Puppy mill.
  • Drug den.
  • Meth lab.
  • Killer Klowns from Outer Space.

Such would be reported to the authorities for the protection of others.

Are your Techs Bonded and Insured?
Sorry, not at this time no. Like many doctors today we have opted to operate “bare.”

If your needs require electrical work or similar, we can recommend a licensed contractor. Some of our techs maybe available to do some low-voltage handyman work in your home. If needed They will provide our waiver release form for you agree to with your signature. Of course, this is provided we don’t violate any city codes. Our tech will let you know what’s necessary.
